The Five-Minute Morning Ritual for a Healthy-Looking Glow

The Five-Minute Morning Ritual for a Healthy-Looking Glow

The best routine is the one you actually do. After years in the treatment room, the pattern we see over and over is simple: clients who keep their mornings short and consistent see skin that looks calmer, brighter and more even than clients who chase a dozen products. So here is the routine we recommend most — four steps, about five minutes, built to sit beautifully under sunscreen and makeup.

1. Cleanse gently (60 seconds)

Overnight, skin produces a little oil and sheds the products you applied the night before. A gentle, low-foam cleanser lifts that away without leaving skin feeling tight. Massage one pump of Tidepool Gel Cleanser over damp skin for a slow count of thirty, then rinse with lukewarm — never hot — water.

If your skin feels dry in the morning, a splash of water and a soft cloth can be enough. Listen to your skin.

2. Brighten with vitamin C (60 seconds)

Morning is the moment for antioxidants. Press three to four drops of Morning Light Vitamin C Serum into face and neck while skin is still very slightly damp. Over consistent use, vitamin C helps the appearance of dullness and uneven tone and supports a bright, healthy-looking glow.

Pat, don’t rub. Pressing serum in with flat palms is gentler and wastes less product.

3. Hydrate and cushion (90 seconds)

A layer of hyaluronic acid — Deep Water Hyaluronic Serum — helps skin look plump and smooth. Follow with a pea-sized amount of Cloud Cream, warmed between your fingertips and pressed over the face. If you run oily or live somewhere humid, swap in Seafoam Gel-Cream.

4. Finish with sunscreen (60 seconds)

We don’t make sunscreen, but we never skip it. Choose a broad-spectrum formula you enjoy wearing, apply a generous amount, and let it set for a minute before makeup.

Small habits that make it stick

  • Keep it visible. Products in a drawer get forgotten. Line them up in order on the counter.
  • Pair it with something you already do. Serum while the coffee brews is a ritual you will keep.
  • Give it 28 days. Skin renews on a roughly monthly rhythm, so judge a new routine after a full cycle, not after a weekend.
