All orders are packed by hand and shipped from West Palm Beach, Florida. Orders placed before 12pm ET on business days typically ship the same day; all orders ship within 1–2 business days.

We ship to all 50 states, US territories and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee
We want you to love your ritual. If you’re not satisfied with any product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll offer a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange — even if the product has been opened and used.
The guarantee applies to one of each product per customer and to orders placed on harborandglow.com. Products purchased through spas, studios or other retailers should be returned to the place of purchase.
How to start a return
- Email support@harborandglow.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label.
- Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement right away at no cost.
Gift sets
Ritual sets may be returned in full under our guarantee. Individual items from a set can be exchanged for the same item.
